Product Condition
Please note that all of our items are vintage and typically date from the 1950s–1970s. While we take great care to refurbish and reupholster our pieces to a high standard, these are not brand new items. As such, minor blemishes, signs of age, and characterful wear may be present — and are considered part of the charm and authenticity of vintage furniture.

We do not use filters or digitally alter our product images. All photos are taken to accurately represent the item’s condition, and we encourage you to examine them carefully as part of the item’s description. If you have any questions or would like additional images before purchasing, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Delivery
We aim to deliver your item within 1–2 weeks of purchase. In many cases, delivery will be sooner. Wherever possible, we prefer to deliver your furniture personally to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. For areas outside our direct delivery range, we use a trusted network of professional couriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery across the UK.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm a delivery time frame and any specific access requirements.

Refund Policy

At Blackdog Retro Interiors, we take great care to accurately describe, photograph, and authenticate all of our pieces so that you can buy with confidence. Please note that due to the unique nature of antique and vintage items, all sales are final.

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the following circumstances:

• Exceptional Circumstances: A return may be considered at our sole discretion if there is a significant discrepancy between the item received and the description provided.
   
• Damage in Transit: If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of both the damage and the packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange a refund or suitable resolution.
   

To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing. We are always happy to provide additional information or images upon request.
